Job description
Responsibilities ·
· Responsible for maintaining the smooth running and operation of activities in the clinic.
· Interact, meet and greet patients when they seek medical attention.
· Answering the phone and tracking appointments promptly.
· Data entry of patients' personal information accurately.
· Scheduling appointments for patients.
· Administer all insurance claims.
· Other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements·
· Honest and hardworking individuals
· Good attitude, willing to learn and enthusiastic on healthcare services.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with service-oriented attitude.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
· Computer literate
· Comfortable with 6 days’ work week.
· Familiarity with clinic operations will be an advantage.
· Ensure the clinic is always well-maintained.

Benefit: Basic Salary, EPF, SOCSO. Salary commensurate with experience.
